Absentee Applications

To request an absentee ballot please click on this link.  Complete the form and send it to: City of Chelsea, 305 S. Main St. Suite 100, Chelsea, MI  48118.

To see if you are registered to vote please click here! 

The Clerk's office will be open on Saturday, February 25th from 9am to 2pm for citizens to apply and receive an absentee ballot. 

Ballots can be voted in the Clerk's office on Monday, February 27th from 8 am to 4 pm.

Please remember to vote on Tuesday,  February 28th. Polls will be open from 7am to 8pm.  All City of Chelsea residents vote at the Washington Street Education Center on Washington Street.

The March Board of Review will meet at the following times:

Notice is hereby given that the Tax Board of Review will hold meetings on the following dates and times.  The location of the meeting is the City of Chelsea, Lower Level Conference Room, 305 S. Main St., Chelsea, MI 48118.  To schedule appointments please contact the City Office at 734-475-1771.

            Organizational Meeting 1:00pm to 2:00pm

The City of Chelsea Electric Department participated once again in this year's Holiday Light Parade, braving the cold evening with a festive crowd of Chelsea residents and visitors.  Thanks to everyone who contributed to the success of this year's wonderful Hometown Holiday events.
