A dog tag could help get your dog back home should it become lost or stolen. This is your pet's way of "calling home". A current tag tells animal control officers that a dog has a human companion whose contact information should be on file and rapidly accessible.
Dog licenses are processed and maintained through Washtenaw County. Application, fees, and additional information are available at dogs.ewashtenaw.org or by calling 734-222-6600.
Residents can purchase annual bike permits for $2.00 at the Chelsea City Offices during normal business hours.
Permits help local law enforcement identify lost and stolen bikes found in our neighborhoods. A small sticker is attached to the bike identifying it as being registered with the City of Chelsea.
