Planning and Zoning Ordinances can be found using the link to the left. 

For ease of access, the City contracted with a third party to make the ordinances available online. By clicking the City Ordinances link to the left you will be redirected the Municipal Code Corporation website that maintains and hosts our ordinance database. 

It does take time for new ordinances to be incorporated into the online ordinance database.  Until they are incorporated, new ordinances can be viewed by clicking on the New Ordinance links at the bottom of the online Ordinance page.

Printed copies of the City's Ordinances can be viewed at the City Offices. You can also request printed copies of the City Ordinances by contacting the City Offices however, you will be charged for the cost of copying and postage (if necessary).
