Paperless Billing Request Form

 Please use this form to enter customer name, service address, account number (if known), and the email address at which you would like to recieve notification of your City of Chelsea utility bill.

City of Chelsea utility bills are sent on the fifth day of the month or the next business day possible if the fifth falls on a weekend or holiday. Your paperless billing request will be fulfilled on the next City billing date following submission of this form.
