The City's audit firm submits an electronic copy of the City's audited, financial reports to the State of Michigan after the completion the annual audit. Please use the following navigation to obtain a copy of those reports from the State of Michigan website: | 1. Visit www.michigan.gov | | 2. Select the Treasury Department from the Department drop-down menu in the top left-hand corner of the main page | | 3. Select Local Government Services from the left-hand navigation on the Treasury Department main page | | 4. Select Local Unit Audit Reports from the Local Government Services sub-menu | | 5. Use the drop-down menu in the center of the page to select the year you wish to review | | 6. Select Washtenaw County from the list of counties that appears | | 7. Select Chelsea, City of from the alphabetical list of reports |
