The City of Chelsea provides an annual water quality report as required by Michigan Public Act 399 of 1976.  This report provides local property owners an understanding of the City water supply including details about where the City's water comes from, what it contains, and how it compares to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and state standards.
