After completing the forms you may submit them by either fax at 734-475-1811 or by mailing them to City of Chelsea, 305 S. Main St., Suite 100, Chelsea, MI 48118.  The assessor is in the City of Chelsea Office on Monday from 8:00 to 12:00 and Wednesday's from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
